Sales Executive / Business Development

Summary.

With over 40 years of collective experience within the recruitment and contractor payroll sector – Optimum Pay Group was formed to provide a fully compliant, unrivalled service for recruitment agencies and contractors. Due to massive expansion within our company we are looking for Business Development Managers or Sales Execs to join our growing team and work from our head office in Cheshire.

Responsibilities.

Within the role, you’ll primarily be responsible for developing relationships and international networks with recruitment businesses, end hirers and contractor networks across the UK and abroad
Identifying and targeting decision makers of target recruitment businesses/end hirers/contractor networks.
Gaining an in-depth understanding of the legislative and tax framework affecting international contractors, recruitment businesses and end hirers.
Promoting compliance and industry standards throughout the industry/supply chain.
Delivering a high level of daily business development activity (selectively balanced between face to face meetings, phone, email, and LinkedIn).
Delivering pre-arranged GP targets, monthly face-to-face meeting targets with pre-selected businesses (coffees, lunches and formal meetings and generating qualified leads and referrals.
Presentations, pitches and training to recruitment owners/directors/senior management/consultants.
Attending after-hours social/industry functions/events to grow a network.
Bringing considered input/briefings and high energy to daily sales team meetings.

About you.

You’ll be a motivated and driven individual with a proven history of exceeding B2B sales targets and KPIs, ideally within the contracting industry. You’ll be able to work independently and part of a team to deliver KPIs.
